Killarney Red is a selection of Rocambole (possibly Spanish Roja) selected by growers in the Pacific Northwest for doing well in the kind of rainy conditions that you’d find in Old Eire. A good alternative if you’re having trouble keeping Spanish Roja disease free in our 45 inches of rain per year Northeast. Proving to be one of my top Rocamboles.
